Overview
Tomio is an Ultimate-tier unit. He is obtainable either through a Slayer Crate with a 0.4% chance to unbox or through trading.
Attacks
Base Attack
Tomio attacks by dash-flipping through the enemies with his blade to slash them all down using his Water Breathing Technique. This attack is line AOE, dealing damage in a straight line infront of the unit, and hits 4 times.
Dead Calm - Ability
Upon activating Dead Calm, Tomio will surround himself with a large body of water, using the dripping sounds of the small ripples in the water to force an absolute focus state, lasting 15 seconds. Tomio will deal 5x more damage and apply soaked for the duration of this focus state.
This ability takes 45 seconds to recharge and Tomio cannot be sold during this cooldown.
