The best traits to equip on Red Drago are Cringe and Discounted, preferably the latter for the cheapest price. Regardless of how great or terrible a trait is, no one trait will affect the effect nor duration of Dragon Rage. The only traits that will affect Red Drago himself are the ones that affect the placement price of units.
