Blessings are cosmetic and can be equipped by clicking the character and clicking the large icon of a person with an aura surrounding them above the artifact slot, you must own the unit for this to take effect.
When one of these units are equipped they will sit on your shoulder and give you an aura.
Be aware that some of these blessings only gives when you are morphed into its avatar.
